Matt Ford - Missouri State Licensed Appraiser
Matt is the founder/owner of Premier Property Appraisals, L.L.C. and has been a state licensed appraiser since June 2006. He specializes in single family residential appraisals for mortgage lending transactions, FHA, divorce, estate, and relocations.
Matt is a also a P.O.S.T. certifed law enforcement officer for the State of Missouri. From July 2002 to December 2004, he served as a deputy for the Camden County Sheriff's Department. Matt has completed 470 hours of basic police officer training through the Missouri Sheriff's Training Academy.
The professionalism and integrity have followed Matt from Deputy Sheriff to Real Estate Appraiser. Premier Property Appraisals, L.L.C. is founded on these fundamentals and strives to pursue excellence in the appraisal valuations.
Anna Ford - Office Manager
Anna has recently joined the Premier Property Appraisal, L.L.C. team as the Office Manager. She has taken on the task of order management, client updating, analyzing of data, and day to day office tasks. Anna is a valuable contribution to this company in so many ways.
Anna attended Central Missouri State University and earned her B.A. Degree in Elementary Education. She also holds a Master's Degree in Education from Southwest Baptist University. Anna has served 10 years in the Camdenton School District as a Kindergarten, Third Grade, and Fourth Grade elementary teacher. She is currently an Adjunct Instructor for Southwest Baptist University's Graduate program teaching courses in the Lake of the Ozarks area.
Matt and Anna have four children including twin 10 year olds, a five year old, and a three year old.
